The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) will close the right lane on I-85 south, near exit 38 over SR-199 in Tuskegee on Wednesday, August 26, weather permitting.
The lane closure will begin at approximately 9 a.m. to make necessary bridge repairs. ALDOT will reopen all lanes as soon as repairs are finished.
ALDOT urges drivers to plan accordingly for possible delays and be mindful of people and equipment in the work zone.
