Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 4, crews will have temporary lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on I-65 south and north from Pintlala Creek to exit 167 (US-80).
The I-65 resurfacing project in Montgomery County requires additional daytime lane closures due to seasonal and weather conditions.
Crews began work this weekend, but continued colder weather requires additional daytime work to progress the project to remain on schedule.
ALDOT urges drivers to obey the posted speed limit and be mindful of people and equipment in the work zone.
