The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) will host an open-house public involvement meeting to discuss a potential roundabout project at the intersection SR-4 (US-78) and John W Wills Avenue (Mudd Street) in Eastaboga.
The proposed project would address traffic delays and reduce crash risks at the referenced interchange.
Construction could begin by late 2027 and last up to nine months.
The public involvement meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Eastaboga Baptist Church.
It is located at 107 Church Lane in Eastaboga, AL 36260.
At this meeting, the public can ask questions and view project information and maps.
The deadline for public comments about this project is on or before March 13, 2026.
