Planned lane closures on US-280 WB, in Jefferson County

Beginning at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 22nd , weather permitting, the Alabama Department of Transportation will close the outside, right lane of US-280 westbound for asphalt patching between Milepost 2.0 and Milepost 2.5.

All travel lanes are expected to re-open at approximately 6 a.m. on Friday, May 23rd .

Planned lane closures on I-59 SB, in St. Clair County

Weather permitting, beginning Tuesday, May 27th, the I-59 southbound Rest Area at Milepost 167.4 in Ashville will be closed for repairs.

This Rest Area will be closed 24/7, Tuesday, May 27th at midnight through Friday, May 30th at midnight.
